Talking about colours I wanted to share this image with you...
This work fascinated me since I was a child. There was a poster in my kitchen. I didn't know it belongs to Matisse till I grew up.
The colours always called me the attenttion. Moreover when I discovered that it was one of Matisse's final works(He was 84 and suffering from poor health) impressed me even more.
If I should describe it , it is just paper cut and pasted but I love the way they are situated. It is such a simple and colourful work and I think it expresses a lot about the creator, his personality, his curiosity, his innovation, and his own search of looking for the way to say something to the world.

ResponderEliminaryou keep on wondering why that man was able to see the world in so many colours that made him great to the eyes of a kid... and why the majority loses that magic very early in their lives...
